If you sell products from the Netherlands to a foreign company and this company has a valid VAT number for that country, we can sell the goods with a 0% VAT rate. This falls under the rules for intra-Community supplies within the European Union. The foreign company is then responsible for the VAT return applicable for that country (VAT shifted).
